Atla is one of Kazakhstan's three largest oil refinery. "Oil deep processing combined unit project" is one of the largest investment projects in “Accelerating Industrial Innovation and Development of National Program" of Kazakhstan. The main construction includes FCC of 2.43 million tons/year, gasoline hydrogenation of 1.28 million tons/year, diesel hydrogenation, isomerization, hydrogen production device and its supporting system, including 3 sets of Newland NLO-80K ozone generator system for FCC flue gas DeSOx and DeNOx.
Ji'nan Thermoelectric Coal-fired Boiler Renovation Project of Ultra-low Emission—Jinjiling Thermal Electric Plant Boiler Unit DeNOx Project
The original NOx emission concentration of Jinjiling Thermal Electric Plant is 200mg/ Nm3, which cannot meet the ultra-low emission standards, so the plant adopts ozone oxidation process to flue gas of the boiler unit for deNOx reform, reliazing that NOx emission concentration less than 50mg/Nm3. Setting the counter rotating point dosing device in flue duct of induced draft fan. The NOx in the flue gas are converted from Low valence to high valence by ozone. Then the high valence NOx will be removed from the flue gas by the Wet FGD system. The plant selects 2 sets of Newland NLO-75K ozone generator system.
